Geotrichum Candidum is often used in conjunction with Penicillium Candidum: to reduce the cheese rind, increase the dosage of Geotrichum whilst decreasing the Penicillium Candidum. The spray container should be sterilised before use to avoid unwanted micro-organisms entering the spray mixture.
