This product is a 5kg bag of Vietnamese wet polished Robusta raw green coffee beans. Unroasted and in their natural green state, ready to roast. I have 4 of these in total available, all sealed and new. These are a speciality grade robusta, hence the Wet Polished process. this process removes more of the outer layer of the bean which is know for its astringency and bitterness.
