At 40% ABV, it works well with ginger ale or in classic rum serves where you still want the base spirit to show clearly. It is also vegan and produced by a carbon-negative distillery. It starts with pot still rum made from 100% cane molasses, then layers in spice carefully so the rum stays at the heart of the bottle.
