A premium quality modelling paste for professional cake artists. This modelling paste is a lot firmer than many other brands, giving you the assurance your finished model won't tear, crack or sag. Unlike many other brands, Eleganza modelling paste doesn't require extra CMC, and has the ability and strength to roll out thinly enough to use as flower paste. Eleganza modelling paste has an excellent drying time, taking approximately 24 hours to completely harden, allowing you plenty of time to work with your paste and make any tweaks or adjustments without worrying about it drying too quickly. To get perfect results, always knead your modelling paste for 10 minutes before use. If you still find the paste is too firm to work with, place it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds on low.
