Each pot contains 200g. Stir well before use. You will need about 120g of paste per 1kg for solid mixes such as Cake and other mixes, Macaron mix, Chocolates, Ganache, Glaze, Creams, Semifreddo and about 100 grams per 1 litre for liquids like milk, ice creams etc.
