Stokes Sauces - Fig Relish 250g Stokes Sauces was founded by Rick Sheepshanks at Rendlesham Hall, Near Woodbridge in Suffolk in May 2004. Born from the belief that food should be honest, clean and taste delicious. All products are hand produced in small batches to carefully created closely guarded recipes at their hidden 'Saucery", producing an award winning range of the finest quality mayonnaises, sauces, mustards, relishes, chutneys, dressings, jams and marmalades A sweet fig relish with a slight tartness, brimming with dried figs (60%) and made with cider vinegar and molasses for a great complement to cheese. Fabulous with smoked cheese melted on toast.
