The production includes the historic Sicilian preserves such as Caponata, pasta sauce with sardines, ready made tomato sauces, black cuttlefish sauce and many others. Eggplants ( min 40 %), tomato, celery (18 %), onion, vegetable oil, olive oil, sugar, olives, wine vinegar, capers, salt.
