Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is a modern interpretation of a classic London Dry Gin, crafted from field to bottle on the Ramsbury Estate in Wiltshire. Distilled through a 43-plate copper still and redistilled with nine carefully selected botanicals – including juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, orris root, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, coriander and angelica – the result is a crisp, full-bodied gin with exceptional depth and character.
