Williams & Humbert Pando Fino is a crisp, delicate Sherry from Jerez, Spain, made from 100% Palomino grapes. Produced using the first gravity pressing, it is biologically aged under Flor yeast for over five years, resulting in a pale straw colour with bright golden undertones, a pungent yeasty almond-like aroma, and a very dry, light palate.
