That�s why we do things differently� No roasting for us, we craft at low temperatures to protect the heat sensitive cacao polyphenols (healthy plant compounds). Super good. We buy cacao directly from farmer�s co-ops in Ecuador, paying more than the fair trade recommended price. Super ethical.
