Local raw honey. We have been keeping bees on the border of Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset for around 10 years. Our bees forage from the surrounding countryside - they have a particular liking for the plentiful native trees and bramble flowers that surround them. We only sell our honey direct to the customers (not via shops) so you know the origin of your honey. Our honey is not heat treated, just sieved to remove the wax, 'creamed' to create the soft set texture and jar- ed.
