Our Donna espresso blend is our nod towards a more traditional style of coffee. We find coffees that have the inherent characteristics of dark chocolate with a distinct nutty note as well as having a low acidity and lots of body. We roast the coffees to a medium city roast level so the coffees natural sugars are caramelized to give the coffee its unique flavour.
