The 15th Edition of the 100% Islay range from Kilchoman showcases the distillery’s farm-to-bottle philosophy. Distilled from Concerto and Publican barley grown on-site and harvested in 2014 and 2015, this nine-year-old single malt was matured in 54 bourbon barrels and bottled at 50% ABV with a peat level of 20ppm.
