Universal Gluten-Free Mix 1kg Grano. Pour 500 g of Grano all-purpose mix into a bowl. Put a portion of the batter on the waffle iron and bake until they are brown. Put a portion of the batter on a lightly greased frying pan and fry on both sides until they are brown.
