Ethiopian Sidamo. Grown in the Sidamo area this is probably the best of the washed Ethiopian coffees. Being a washed coffee it gives a brighter cleaner cup. It has distinct fruit like acidity giving a pungent addition to the traditional winey Mocha taste.
