From the iconic Edradour distillery, here is their ‘Caledonia’ 12 year old Single cask release. A product of the join forces of noted Scottish songwriter Dougie Maclean and the talented producers at Edradour in homage to his famous song, Caledonia this small batch bottling is distilled to 46% ABV, un-chill-filtered and with an initial maturation in Bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso sherry finish of over 4 years.
