The first Irish Whiskey to be distilled in County Mayo in over 150 years, Connacht Batch 1 is a small batch, double distilled Single Malt made from 100% malted Irish barley. It has been patiently matured for four years in ex-bourbon casks, before a final finishing in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
