Kimbo coffee was founded over 50 years ago by three brothers – Francesco, Gerardo and Elio Rubino. In 1963 they set up a dedicated Kimbo coffee roasting house – Café do Brasil. In 1994, Café do Brasil was ranked the 2nd most popular and successful coffee roasting house in all of Italy.
