AKASHI-TAI Tokubetsu Honjozo Japanese Sake 15% Alc/Vol (300ml or 720ml) 明石鯛特別本釀造

Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu is an amazing sake. I would call it semi-dry though the brewery calls the style of the sake crisp and dry. We had it with lamb and it went nicely! Akashi is a small brewery making small batches of handcrafted sake.
