5 x Tikka Spice Blend (Slimming Friendly) - 20g

Tikka masala sauce – brown 1 chopped onion and garlic in a pan with 10g spice mix. Blend 400g chopped tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook for 5 mins then remove from heat and slowly add 100g natural yoghurt, stirring continuously.
